Frequently Asked Questions

Here is a list of the most common FAQs our Exhibitors and Visitors ask us.  If you have a question about All-Energy you may find the answer to what you are looking for below.

General

When will All-Energy & Dcarbonise take place?

18-19 August 2021, SEC Glasgow.

Why have you decided to postpone All-Energy / Dcarbonise 2021?

  • This three-month postponement from the dates announced for May 2021, means that the event now coincides with the end of the Scottish school holidays and is a perfect stepping stone to COP26 being held at SEC in early November 2021.
  • The date change also ensures that SEC has time to get back to ‘business as normal’, after its invaluable use as NHS Louisa Jordan.
  • Naturally, this was a collective decision from canvassing the vast majority of our Exhibitors and the opinions of key stakeholders, including sponsors such as; the Scottish Government, ScottishPower, Shepherd and Wedderburn and Natural Power.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this postponement may cause. However, we believe that postponing the show until August 2021, which is three-months before the UN’s Climate Change Summit COP26 (that is also held at SEC), will enable us to deliver the true value of this industry-leading event.

Have all events been postponed?

Yes, all component parts of the event have been postponed including Dcarbonise.

What are your plans for connecting the industry while the event is postponed to 2021?

We appreciate how important it is for the industry to stay connected during this time. All-Energy & Dcarbonise will continue to provide cutting-edge virtual engagement throughout the run-up to the show in August.

Am I entitled to a Gold Badge refund if I cannot attend the new dates for All-Energy and Dcarbonise?

Your Gold Badge will be valid for the new dates, but if you cannot attend the new dates a full refund will be made to the ticket buyer. Please contact us at allenergy2020@livebuzz.co.uk to process your refund.
