What are the show dates and opening hours?

11 May: 08:30 – 18:00

Does it cost for me to register as a visitor at the show?

It is free of charge to register as a visitor

Will I be able to print off my visitor badge at the venue?

To help manage queues we will not provide printing facilities as we have in previous years. Therefore all visitors must print their badge before arriving in order to gain access to the event. We will provide badge holders upon arrival.

Is the Conference Programme free to attend?

All the sessions are free to attend and we advise that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the session is due to begin, to ensure that you get a seat in the theatres.

How do I obtain a Letter of Invitation for my Visa application?

Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation for visit purposes.

Once you have registered for the event, you will receive a confirmation email which should be enough support for your visa application.

How do I get to SEC, Glasgow?

The SEC is easy to reach by both public transport or by car and has ample parking facilities on and outside its site. It is also within easy reach of Glasgow International Airport.

What is the closest train station to SEC, Glasgow?

The SEC has its own station, Exhibition Centre which is located a stone’s throw from the SEC complex and is easy to reach from central Glasgow.

Can I bring my child with me to All-Energy?

Unfortunatley, we do not allow any children in the exhibition halls under the age of 16.

Will there be WiFi inside the exhibition halls?

The exhibition hall is WiFi enabled. Simply log in to the WiFi at the show named “SEC WiFi”.

How do I navigate my way around the exhibition?

We are going to have All-Energy and Dcarbonise official event app to help you navigate your way around the exhibition. You can download the app before the event or once onsite.

What is the Exhibitor Portal?

The Exhibitor Portal is the hub of information all exhibitors will need to access to take part in the event. You will be able to update your website listing, order your badges, complete your printed directory listing, and access the Exhibitor Manual.

What is an internet listing?

Your internet listing is your company’s profile on the exhibitor list.  Depending on your package, you can add information including company logo, description, product categories, press releases, videos, photos and much more!  It is a great way to generate leads, and promote your company before, during, and after the event.

If I've Lost or Forgotten My Password, What Should I Do?

You can request the password again at the login here. Select Forgotten Password - this will only work if that email has been registered to use the Exhibitor Portal.

Do Sharers Have an Internet Listing and Access To the Exhibitor Portal?

Yes, sharers registered with us will receive their own Exhibitor Portal login and a separate listing in the directory.

How do I Register for Exhibitor Badges?

Exhibitor Badges can be ordered in the Exhibitor Portal.

Can Contractors Have a Pass for the Duration of the Show and Do they Need to Pre-Register?

Contractors will be issued with wristbands by security which will be valid for the buildup and breakdown periods only.

Information will be available in the Exhibitor Manual, accessible through the Exhibitor Portal.

Exhibitor Manual

What is the Exhibitor Manual?

The Exhibitor Manual is an online tool for exhibitors to plan, organise and order services for their stand. It details the Official Suppliers to contact; service and package order forms; important details on Stand Build Regulations & Health & Safety Guidance for a safe and successful show. All this information, should be passed on to an exhibitor’s appointed stand contractors (as applicable).

The Exhibitor Manual can be found in the Exhibitor Portal.

How Can I Access the Exhibitor Manual?

The Exhibitor Manual will be available through the Exhibitor Portal.

Your stand?

Do I Have Stand Space or Shell Space?

Your contract will confirm if you have booked a ‘space only’, or ‘shell’ stand.

If you have booked ‘space only’, the proposed stand design must be submitted to the organisers for approval, and services to the stand ordered using the Exhibitor Manual e.g. electrics and furniture etc.

If you have a ‘shell’ stand, a modular stand will be built for you, and additional services can be ordered using the Exhibitor Manual.

What is Included in a Shell Scheme Package?

When you book a shell scheme stand the frame, walls and ceiling of the stand are built for you and carpet is laid. We also provide furniture and lighting. Please see the exhibitor manual for further details.

What is SmartSpace?

SmartSpace is the design & build service provided by Reed Exhibitions to help exhibitors maximise their presence at the show. SmartSpace provides a full turnkey service, which means that everything you need for the stand is taken care of, so when you arrive on the stand, all you need to do is put out your products and brochures.

Is Power Included on the Stand?

All shell scheme stands come with furniture included at All-Energy.

If you have any other requirements, further orders will be able to be made in the Exhibitor Manual.

Can I Attach Posters to the Shell Scheme Walls?

The shell panels should not be marked or damaged in any way. If you wish to attach graphics or posters we suggest using double sided tape, velcro or blutac.

Will Official Contractors be Onsite All Week?

Representatives of all key contractors will be available throughout the build-up of the exhibition. Full details will be listed in the Exhibitor Manual in the spring.

What is the Build-Up/Breakdown Schedule?

What are the Breakdown Instructions?

How late can Exhibitors work?

Where Can I Order More Furniture For My Stand?

A variety of furniture options for both shell scheme and space only stands will be available in the Exhibitor Manual.

How Can I Order Furniture Onsite?

Many show contractors will have very limited stock available on site, so to avoid disappointment and to have your preferred option, please order in advance using the Exhibitor Manual.

How Can I Order a Telephone Line/ Fax/ Internet Connection?

What is Matchmaking?

All-Energy is introducing an advanced AI-powered matchmaking platform via GRIP. The platform uses natural language processing, advanced algorithms and deep neural networks to constantly learn about your professional goals and interests. Grip takes the work out of networking through intelligent matchmaking – making it more fun and giving you a higher return on your time.

What are the benefits?

The matchmaking platform allows you to network with other attendees and exhibitors, arrange meetings and identify potential business contacts.

Where can I find the matchmaking platform?

You can access the platform on mobile devices via the All-Energy app or on the desktop by clicking here.

How do I log in?

You will need to register online to access the app

Once you register, you will receive a welcome email from the app to activate your account. Follow the links within the email and once account is activated you can start using the app. Email domain: noreply@email.all-energy.co.uk

You can also activate your account using your registration ID/Badge ID - a unique number every pre-registered attendees received together with their PDF badge. It’s an 11-digit number and will need to be copied in full with all special characters, e.g. 12-34-0-56789

You can then log in using your All-Energy registration credentials:

Email = All-Energy registration email

Registration ID = All-Energy confirmation number*

*Your confirmation number can be found in your confirmation email, or by logging into your All-Energy registration here.

How do I find networking opportunities?

The platform uses natural language processing and advanced algorithms to recommend networking opportunities. Alternatively, you can search for attendees/exhibitors directly or use the filters to find the right profile you’re looking to meet.

How do I request a meeting?

First, find the person you’d like to meet and click on their name to view their profile page, you’ll be able to mark them as ‘interested’ or send a meeting request directly.

Where will my meetings take place?

A few options have been provided as locations for your meetings (your stand, beach, restaurant, meeting room, virtual meeting room) or you can specify somewhere else in the personal message area.

Can I add meetings to my calendar?

When a meeting request is accepted it will send a calendar invite to your email address.

How do I remove my details from the platform?

Removing your details will mean that you are unable to log in or arrange networking opportunities through the platform.  However, if you would like to be removed please fill out our customer services form and we will be happy to remove your details.

PR & Media

I am a member of the media, how do I register to attend?

Media passes will be available once registrations opens. Our badges for media are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters, and web bloggers associated with the industry. Please be prepared to share accreditation as part of the registration process.

Safety & Security

How will you ensure my safety at the event, and what precautions against COVID-19 are you taking?

Your safety and your business are our priorities, we are constantly reviewing the Government guidelines to be able to deliver a safe event for all.

Registration

Please make sure you register in advance and have your booking confirmation ready. Contact details may be used for contact tracing if necessary.

Plan Ahead

Use our planning tools to plan your visit before you arrive at the venue. Knowing what you are going to do and where to go will contribute to your safe and productive attendance. Also plan how to get to and from the venue by checking any relevant travel advice or restrictions.

Stay home if you are unwell:

All guests are encouraged to check you are feeling well before attending our event. Please ensure that you are in good health, with no fever or other symptoms related to COVID-19, before travelling to the venue. For extra protection, we will be temperature checking all of our attendees upon arrival.

On Arrival

All badge scanning will be contactless. Please have your confirmation email ready on your smartphone. If that is not possible, a printed version is acceptable.

Face Coverings

Although it is no longer a legal obligation, All-Energy recommend everyone onsite wears face masks, except those who are exempt. 

Physical Distancing

Increased spacing will be in place across the exhibition floor, so that you can move safely through the whole venue whilst maintaining a safe distance. Signage will used throughout to communicate safe practices and show the direction of pedestrian movement.

Hygiene

Hand sanitisers will be readily available throughout the venue. Please continue to follow guidance and wash your hands frequently.

When Meeting

Avoid shaking hands and exchanging physical business cards or literature. Find out more about how we are using Smart event tools for safe sharing at our events. At service counters, information points and catering outlets hygiene screens will be in place for yours and staff safety.

Venue Facilities

Cloakroom facilities, if available due to COVID-19 restrictions, may with limited space so we encourage you to bring as little with you as possible.

Cleaning

We will maintain the highest standards of cleaning before during and after the event. Including frequent cleaning of all regularly touched surfaces, seating in conference areas and meeting places.

Food and Beverage

All catering facilities will be open but in line with the latest government guidance. At catering outlets, all food and beverages will be prepacked and only cashless payments will be accepted. 

Exhibitor Stands

Exhibitors are reviewing stand designs to ensure physical distancing is maintained. Capacities for each stand will be displayed clearly.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the event?

The venue is Wi-Fi enabled but due to high volume of attendees, the quality of connection may vary. As an Exhibitor, if you require sole use of a secure wireless connection, you can speak with our official internet service provider via the exhibitor manual, which you can access in the exhibitor portal.

Will there be cloakroom services for me to use?

We encourage you to bring as little as possible with you due to restrictions that may be in place with the cloakroom facilities due to COVID-19 safety requirements.

What happens if you need to postpone/cancel the event?

We will keep our audience informed of any changes with the event via the website and social media channels. #AllEnergy22
