Over the two day event, All-Energy will host a series of 1-2-1 ‘speed dating’ meetings in the Power Club meet the developer lounge. It’s where you can literally ‘Meet the Developers’ looking to expand their supply chains; and also seek 1-2-1 advice from companies offering to share their experiences so you can mirror their latest achievement. We have a range of owner/operators of energy projects and devices looking to work with you so check out the times they are available below;

11:00-12:45 Simply Blue Group - Huw Bell

Salamander is a 100 MW stepping-stone floating wind project off the east coast of Scotland. It is designed to provide the Scottish supply chain with an early capacity development opportunity before larger ScotWind projects kick off. Salamander is being developed by Simply Blue Group in collaboration with majority stakeholder Ørsted and JV partner Subsea 7


11:00-12:45 Cierco - Alex Gauntt, Supply Chain Director

Cierco is an independent renewable energy project development company established in 2001 with a simple goal - to engage in the field of offshore wind power and to drive technologies and projects to reach cost levels competitive with those of conventional power. Cierco, as part of the Joint Venture together with SBM named ‘Floventis’, is developing the 2 x 100 MW Llŷr floating wind farms in the Celtic Sea, as well as the CADEMO floating wind project off the Californian West Coast USA. Cierco is also developing the Forthwind offshore wind project in Scotland. All projects are expected to be operational before 2030. 

Alex Gauntt is Supply Chain Director for the Cierco including Floventis Project portfolio, responsible for developing the supply chain strategy and plan to deliver best value options and opportunities to the company. Eager to engage with:

Benbrack Onshore Wind Farm owned by Red Rock Power, is located in Dumfries & Galloway. The late-stage development is preparing to commence onsite works in Summer 2022. 11:00-12:45 & 13:00-15:00 EnbW - Duncan Ayling, Supply Manager, UK Offshore Wind

Morgan and Morna are two wind farms being developed by BP and EnBW in the Irish Sea. They are Located approximately 30km from the coast, with a combined area of approximately 800 km2. Morven is located in the North Sea approximately 60km from the coast of Aberdeen with an area of aproximately 860km2.  The combined potential generating capacity of 5.9 GW is sufficient to power the equivalent of around 6 million UK households with clean electricity. Eager to engage with local Scottish suppliers: ports, vessels, fabrication yards (primary foundation steel and secondary steel), HVAC & HVDC cables 


13:00-15:00 Ocean Winds - Ruaridh Danaher, Development Manager – Caledonia Offshore Windfarm

Ocean Winds were awarded the rights to develop the NE4 Plan Option Area through the Scottish Governments ScotWind leasing process in January 2022.  The 440km2 site sits in the outer Moray Firth in the North of Scotland, immediately adjacent to the north-eastern boundary of the Moray East Offshore Windfarm and has been named by OW as The Caledonia Offshore Wind Farm
