When will All-Energy & Dcarbonise now take place?
4-5 November, 2020 SEC Glasgow

Is my badge still valid?
Yes, all visitor and delegate badges will remain valid for the new event dates.

Am I entitled to a Gold Badge refund if I can´t attend the new dates for All-Energy and Dcarbonise?
Your Gold Badge will be valid for the new dates, but if you cannot attend the new dates, a full refund will be made to the ticket buyer. Please contact us at allenergy2020@livebuzz.co.uk to process your refund.

What about already booked travel and hotel accommodation?
You will have to contact the respective tour operator and hotel you made your booking with and check your travel insurance policy.

Why have you decided to postpone event once again?
Because of the postponement of COP26, the UN’s Climate Change Summit, which was due to take place in the first half of November, we were offered November dates by the SEC. We consulted with the vast majority of our exhibitors and key stakeholders who over-whelming agreed that the best option would be to reschedule the show in November.

Obviously, the health and safety of our exhibitors, speakers, visitors and staff remains our number one priority and we will continue to monitor the situation and continue to consult with all key stakeholders throughout the coming months.

We believe that postponing the show to November will enable us to deliver the true value of this industry-leading event later in the year, and would like to thank our exhibitors, speakers, partners, suppliers, visitors and of course the SEC for their continuing support during this challenging time.

What if the Covid-19 situation is unchanged or worse later in the year?
We have considered this possibility and chosen these dates, which provides a better chance of us being able to deliver the event and avoid more disruption. However, the COVID-19 situation has, and continues to be, dynamic and we will continue to monitor the situation throughout the year and take the appropriate actions accordingly.

Why have you not just cancelled the 2020 event?
Feedback from exhibitors, speakers and visitors is that they very much want the event to go ahead this year and, as organisers, we want to be able to deliver the expected value to those organisations.
