The Research Hub – home, on the exhibition show floor, to academic posters from eight specific programmes and presentations on them

‘The INTERREG VA Programme is one of 60 similar programmes across the European Union that have been designed to help overcome the issues that arise from the existence of a border. Renewable Energy is a high priority within the Programme and the following projects have collaborated with All-Energy in a new Research Zone to highlight the successful academic and industrial initiatives:

  • Renewable Engine (Renewable Energy and Advanced Manufacturing)
  • SPIRE 2 (Storage Platform for Integration of Renewable Energy)
  • The Bryden Centre (Advanced Marine and Bio-Energy Research)
  • GenComm (Generating Energy Secure Communities through Smart Renewable Hydrogen)*

Also taking part in this new Research Hub are some other Programmes and Organisations involved in Renewable Energy in both Scotland, England and Northern Ireland:
