Highlands and Islands Enterprise and Local Energy Scotland are pleased to welcome you to this year’s Community and Local Energy Seminar Theatre. We will be showcasing innovative, low carbon, community and local energy projects from across Scotland in a high-energy full day programme.  With over 20 speakers across six themes, the day will involve a series of fifteen minute presentations from those involved in the making these projects a reality.
