Cheryl works in the Consumer & Competition Policy Unit of the Scottish Government. For the past 3 years, she has played a leading role in shaping Scottish Government’s retail energy consumer policy, advising Ministers on a wide range of issues affecting consumers, from pricing and affordability to vulnerability more broadly.  Cheryl has worked in the Scottish Government and its agencies for over 18 years.
