About

Ceri Vincent graduated with an MSci in geophysics from the University of Leeds. She has worked at the British Geological Survey on CO2 storage projects for over 18 years. Ceri is science lead for the UK ERA GeoEnergy Test Bed, a field laboratory that will improve understanding of processes and impacts in the shallow subsurface and advance monitoring techniques and technologies. She is leading the workpackage ‘managing leakage risks for protection of the environment and groundwater’ for the H2020 ENOS (ENabling Onshore Storage) project. 

Ceri is President of CO2GeoNet, the European Network of Excellence on the geological storage of CO2.
