About

Robbie has over 15 years’ of experience in the renewable energy industry and started his career at SgurrEnergy prior to joining Black & Veatch to head the UK and European renewables team. During his career Robbie has been responsible for 400MW of operational wind energy assets and was Project Director for over 2.5GW of independent power curve tests, which were undertaken to the IEC 61400-12-1 standard. He has a deep understanding of wind measurement and this coupled with his knowledge of operational wind energy provides a unique perspective on wind farm optimisation and operational improvements.
