Admissions Policy

  • Only pre-registered All-Energy visitors who are badge holders, visitors who register on the day and exhibitor badge holders will be able to attend All-Energy.Visitors must be involved in or have some connection with or interest in All-Energy and associated industries.


  • Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else.  Any such action may lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from All-Energy.


  • Anyone obtaining an All-Energy visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave All-Energy.


  • Anyone attending All-Energy should carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving licence, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organisers which the Organisers may ask to see.


  • No one under the age of 16 may attend All-Energy


  • Anyone attending All-Energy must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt All-Energy.


  • Press badges at All-Energy are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters and web bloggers associated with the industry. Members of the press may be required to complete an application form and produce accreditation in the form of a photocopy of a recognised press or media card, business card, NUJ card, a letter from the editor or an official web address linking to a press release in order to verify their position. Press applications from advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be accepted. 


  • Official photographers will be taking photographs at All-Energy. The Organisers shall be entitled to use such photographs, which may include photographs of visitors, for the purposes of marketing All-Energy in future.


  • There will be no refunds or exchanges offered on exhibitor and visitor badges or conference registrations. The Organisers reserve the right to change the content, timing and venue of the event and of any seminar. If for any reason outside the control of the Organisers, the venue changes or if the event is cancelled, the Organisers may endeavour to reschedule the event  but the Organisers shall be under no obligation to make any refunds and shall have no further liability to the badge holders or conference attendees in respect of such cancellation or rescheduling.


  • The Organisers reserve the right to decline any application for a conference, exhibitor or visitor badge.


  • The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from All Energy and the venue who does not comply with this policy or whom they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules or who are prohibited from attending under any applicable sanctions, laws or regulations.

  • By registering to attend All-Energy you will automatically have an account created for you on our website allowing you to use our planning tools and message exhibitors before the event. Your contact details will only be shared with the exhibitors you contact or favourite and you can amend these settings at any time via the website.
