Changes for '08

The layout of the show has been changed to allow for more exhibitors and visitors, yet still retain the show's character...

• The main entrance and cloakroom have moved to the East side of the main hall. All participants at the show will have to come through there, at least initially
• The entrance will have a custom-built branded archway and the growing number of outside exhibits will be clustered around the archway
• The registration process itself will be significantly improved thanks to an increased number of registration points and new systems
• The entire arena will be used for stand space and all the conference rooms will be reached via the escalator in the top right hand corner of the exhibition hall
• We have created many more lines of sight running up and down and across the hall to ensure the layout feels more ‘open’
• Pop-up stands are now clustered together
• There will be a new catering facility in a structure reached through the doors shown at the top of the plan
• The internet café will be upgraded and the catering offer at the coffee points in the hall also improved
