Information on sponsorship items:

  • Conference plenary sessions: a major branding opportunity enabling your company to be directly associated to the conference programme. As the sponsor of the plenary sessions your brand will be integrated in all conference promotional materials leading up to the conference (where space allows) and within the conference AV production in the plenary session rooms. This is a high profile sponsorship opportunity that will provide significant brand awareness  and directly target the highly influential conference and exhibition attendees. Chairing opportunities may also be available.

  • Individual conference streams: any of the individual conference streams may be sponsored; your brand will be integrated in all conference promotional materials leading up to the conference (where space allows) and within the conference AV production in the relevant session room. This is a high profile sponsorship opportunity that directly targets the the specific sector that your company is targeting. Chairing opportunities may also be available.

  • The Internet Cafe: this is a key feature area of the show, offering a unique platform for branding and visitor interaction. A purpose built area will incorporate the sponsor's branding. Promotion of the service will include signage, mentions on All-Energy promotional materials, credits and logo within the show guide and prominence on the ‘You are Here’ boards. The screen set-up will be open to a website or set-up page designated by the sponsor; this is a great opportunity to establish key messages with All-Energy visitors throughout the show.

  • Giant Networking Evening - food: a spectacular end to the first day, the Giant Networking Evening brings together visitors, speakers and exhibitors to network in a fun and interactive environment. Food and entertainment are free of charge, and there is a cash bar (the sponsor will receive a batch of drinks vouchers to distribute). Recognised as the must-attend event of the exhibition and attended by in excess of 1,000 people, your company’s brand will be highly visible throughout the evening. Past Giant Networking Evenings have featured live music and activities (e.g. fairground attractions, autosport simulators, golf simulators, table football etc), as well as the interactive circus theme in ’07. The All-Energy team would discuss menu options with the sponsor.

  • Giant Networking Evening - entertainment: a spectacular end to the first day, the Giant Networking Evening brings together visitors, speakers and exhibitors to network in a fun and interactive environment. The All-Energy team would discuss entertainment options with the sponsor.

  • 'You are here' boards: strategically placed around All-Energy, the ’You are Here’ Boards are used constantly by visitors to locate specific exhibitors and products. The opportunity exists for one exhibitor to sponsor these boards, which includes the company logo, brand and stand number printed on each board with the sponsor's stand highlighted; whenever visitors view the ‘You are Here’ Boards, the sponsor's name will be the first they see. This opportunity is a dynamic way to influence stand-visiting intentions and an effective way to generate additional visitor traffic to a stand.

  • Visitor bags: the opportunity exists for one company to brand the All-Energy visitor bags - 4,000+ bags will distributed to all participants at the exhibition. The sponsoring exhibitor will have their branding, logo and stand number with a full colour image printed on both sides of the bags. A single promotional item can also be inserted into each bag. This opportunity will provide widespread exposure throughout All-Energy wherever visitors go - competitor stands, feature areas, outside of the hall, even on the plane home. Providing exceptional visibility, the bags can increase traffic to a stand and are always a visual reminder of the sponsor after the event.

  • Registration & badging: registration is the focal point for all visitors attending the show and offers a major branding opportunity that delivers both a pre-show and at-show audience. Working with our new registration contractor Blaxx, your brand will be fully integrated within all aspects of the process including online registration, pre-registered badge mailings, visitor badges (note - not lanyards), and prominent branding incorporated within the main registration desks. The registration sponsorship package provides instant corporate recognition and brand association to the event.

  • Lanyards: all participants at the show will wear a lanyard in order to display their badges. The opportunity to brand the lanyards provides instant corporate recognition and strong brand association to the event.

  • Jobs board: information to follow.

  • Press office: a bespoke arrangement to suit sponsor's objectives.

  • Show preview: the show preview will be distributed in early May, with distribution of up to 20,000 key industry players via the All-Energy database and speakers, exhibitors and supporting organisations. In addition it is typically downloaded from the website by another 2,500+ people. A smartly laid-out document of up to 24 A4 pages, it provides wide-ranging information on the conference programme, what exhibitors will be showing, and general items of industry importance. As well as prominent title branding and key messaging, the sponsor will be given the opportunity to submit relevant and newsworthy editorial, and also receive company branding and messaging on the newsletter mailing envelopes. This is an opportunity to gain a strong association to the event and generate awareness of your participation and stand location.

  • News@All-Energy: the opportunity exists to sponsor our emailed newsletter News@All-Energy and associated online news feeds. Published every two weeks, the emailed newsletter is one of the main vehicles of communication to the All-Energy visitor database and essential reading for the industry at large. The newsletter is currently sent to over 12,000 named individuals via email, with more being added all the time (by request and as a result of research). As well as prominent title branding, the sponsor will be given 50 words of editorial within each document, and a direct All-Energy facilitated company link. A uniquely targeted medium for maximizing industry impact.

  • At-show newsletter: the show newsletter will be a ‘must-read’ for all participants. The first issue will be prepared the night before opening to provide the most topical possible welcome to All-Energy, with exciting news from exhibitors and speakers, and up-to-the minute information about sessions, events and activities taking place throughout the day. The second issue, published on the morning of day two, will carry further highly topical stories about people and companies at All-Energy, with news of orders placed and new product launches amongst many other subjects. The newsletter sponsor will have prominent title branding and key messaging. This is a golden opportunity to gain a strong association to the ‘buzz’ at All-Energy and generate awareness of your participation and stand location.

  • Exhibitor lounge: if your target audience consists of exhibitors as well as visitors, this opportunity would be an ideal means of advertising your company and products. A haven for All-Energy exhibitors where they can receive a complimentary breakfast and have a few minutes peace and quiet. Situated above the catering area this is an opportunity to promote your brand to exhibitors. This opportunity also includes inserts in the exhibitor welcome pack which is given to every exhibitor as they arrive on their stand for the first day of the show. It not only contains a copy of the show guide but also important items such as information about the exhibitor lounge & breakfast, invitations to hand out to visitors so they realize the Giant Networking Evening is open to them, etc.
