The panel for this session will address all aspects of attracting people of all levels and all ages to the industry. They will look at what the industry is doing to encourage and train entrants at all levels; and talk about enthusing school and university students and those of all ages wanting to change careers. Trade association initiatives will come under the spotlight; and so too will jobs available across the board
