- All-Energy 2012 will span three interlinked halls
- For the first time there will be Sector-Specific Trails around the show enabling visitors to pre-plan their route.
- All-Energy 2012 introduces "Offshore Maintenance – where offshore wind meets oil and gas".
- New feature areas on the show floor include Smart Energy (energy efficiency and energy management) and LCVs (encompassing infrastructure and vehicles). Hydrogen fuelled vehicles will have access to HFuel Here.
