Calum is a Regional Planner with 25 years experience in economic development in the Highlands and Islands. With a background in technology, innovation and rural development, he currently looks after Highlands and Islands Enterprise's Key Sectors Team's, covering the Governments six sectors of Food, Drink and Tourism, Life Sciences, Creative Industries, Energy and Financial and Business services, as well as the priority areas which includes Transport, Telecoms, Forestry and Manufacturing.

Steve Wallage, Managing Director, BroadGroup Consulting

Steve Wallage is managing director of data centre specialists, BroadGroup Consulting. The company also runs global events on the data centre and broader telecoms markets, as well as publishing reports. Steve has over 20 years experience in the IT and telecoms market, including periods with Gartner Group, IDC, IBM and LogicaCMG. Given power costs are typically 40-60% of annual data centre spend, he has become increasingly involved in the energy sector in recent years.
