Stand costs & packages

There are three stand options available for exhibiting at All-Energy:

Space Only - this option includes the space on the exhibition floor but does not include any shell scheme or stand build. This option gives you the flexibility to build your own stand within your reserved space.

Shell Scheme - this option includes space, shell scheme walls, nameboard, lighting, power and some furniture (see below for more details)

SmartSpace - For exhibitors with stands larger than 12m², SmartSpace can maximise your presence with a bespoke stand design package. Includes: walls up to 4m high (1.5m higher than Shell Scheme), lighting, power, graphic printing and a choice of carpet and fascia colours.

In addition ALL stand options include the following elements free of charge:

Complimentary exhibitor badges, entry in the official catalogue, car parking, admission to the world-class conference and Giant Networking Evening (subject to capacity limits). There is no administration fee to exhibit.

Internet listing

£225: The internet listing includes a description of your company and products, company logo, product information, images and press releases, giving you greater exposure to all visitors prior to the show.

Stand approval fee

£150: All space only stands must submit their stand build plans for approval by our operations department to ensure they conform to venue regulations.

Sharing companies

Are other companies sharing your stand? Make sure visitors know about them, by registering them as an official stand sharer. There is no charge for this. However in order for the sharer to get maximum exposure they must purchase the internet listing at £225.
